• Urness was the product of a rape. Her mother terrified and desperate to make sure that her child did not feel the pain that she felt.
While her mother dreaded her in the months leading up to her birth, once she held her in her arms, she felt it in her heart that it was her sworn duty to protect her and make the best of a bad situation. She had her struggles as many do, but she did her best.
