• Overseers and inaryhas running towards the flames. Citizens running away from them

• Chamenous is running through the crowd.

• Pamět trips. Shot of him on the ground + the height of the flames. Close up of his terrified face, flames reflecting in his eyes.

• Rei (an overseer) jumps between him and the flames, and shoots them with her own blue, black and white energy. She yells at him to "Go!!"

• He runs and catches up with Mverani, who's looking for Lumen.

• Kenos and Amias are pulled out of their building by an inaryhas overseer. This abstract asks if anyone else is in the building.
• The siblings respond in unison, Kenos- "Our parents!" Amias- "My mom and dad!"

• The inaryhas covers themself in magic energy before diving back into the building to try and save the parents.

• The siblings stand close together and wait.

• Lumen is pulling at Ayekh to get moving. Ayekh is stationary, mesmerized by the display of power.

• An inaryhas flying away from the chaos see's whats going on, swoops down and picks up Ayekh by the shoulders. "Come on!!" the inaryhas yells to Lumen. Lumen thanks the inaryhas under her breath and starts running with them.
• In the background Chanemous catches up to Vrethi, who's recovering from her own fall. Chamenous slows down to make sure she's on her feet.

• Zanic is running away from the rupture point with a satchel and a basket with some foraged foliage.

• She see's Amias and Kenos just standing around and waiting, and slows down to speak with them.
• "Come on! It's not safe here!"

• Amias, with tears in his eyes- "But my parents!!"

• Keine, stopping and waiting for them- "They want you out alive! Now come on! I know a place we can hide!"

• Kenos puts her hands on Amias' shoulders, standing by his side- "She's right, we have to go."

• As the three are moving (Kenos flying, Amias kind of flying kind of running, sorta hopping between the 2), a stray ball of energy comes flying towards them.

• Aphid, who's nearby, notices/senses/whatevers the energy coming towards them and shouts "Watch out!!"

• Kenos is the first to turn around and see the blast. She lands on the ground and shouts at Aphid, "Get behind me!!"
• She extends her wings and puts her hands in the air to summon a large ball of energy in the air above her. She closes her wings in front of her and brings her arms from a I formation to more of a Y, which spreads the energy out over her wings. The result is a large shield over her wings, extending to where her wings were before.
• She braces for impact as the energy makes contact with the shield. The other 3 huddle behind her.
• Kenos skids in the blue dirt beneath her feet before the incoming energy disperses. The shield successfully diverts the energy to around the 4, leaving a Kenos-Wings-Shaped indent in the soil.

• When she drops the shield, she herself drops to her knees to recover.

• Amias rushes to her and kneels beside her. "Come on, we've got to move." and helps her up.

• The group keeps moving. Aphid breaks off when she finds Somn and runs with him

• Azure's power in this brief scene is showcased. The blasts to the ground and to the sky leaving a rift in the realm.

• One small shot of the pain in her eyes as she throws this energy down

• One overseer (maybe Rei) gets a good hit on her and takes her down to the ground.

• Azure is angry at this. She looks at the overseer who took her down and is now running towards her with a couple of buddies in tow, all prepping their magic ribbon things to grab her

• She scurries up on her feet, and leaves skid marks in the ground as she runs and dives into the void left by her blasts.

• The three overseers skid to a hault, and watch helplessly into the void and watch her descent as she uses her energy to form a false wing that lets her glide into the cloudy abyss.

• Zanic opens the door for the siblings.

• The two hurry inside. Zanic closes the door behind them.

• She grabs a staff left by the door and traces the outside rim with it activated. It leaves a seal around the door that makes the room just a bit quieter from the chaos outside.

• Zanic- "Are you guys okay? Are you hurt?"

• Kenos- "I'm okay. Amias?".

• Amias has a devastated look on his face. His brows furrowed, the light drained from his baggy eyes (maybe a twinkle from tears welling), his hair nappy and falling in his face.

• ". . .Im fine."

• Zanic- "Good.. good. You two get posted up in here" Gesturing to the living room "I should have enough azherian food to make something with. "
Kenos shows intruige at the specification of azherian food.
"Im gonna make you something to munch on while you rest. Are there any food allergies or intolerances?"

• Kenos- "No, I don't have any." She looks to Amias, taking in his broken 1000 mile stare. "...Amias is sensitive to parlegrain though."

• Zanic- "No parlegrain?" She pauses to think. "OK, got it."
And with that, she walks into the kitchen to start workin on the foodstuffs.

• Amias spawns back in briefly, takes in his surroundings, and quietly asks "Can we trust her?"

• Kenos responds quietly- "I dont know... It doesn't seem like we have a choice."
• She watches Zanic as she moves around in the kitchen
• Kenos- "She seems harmless... What do you think?"

• Zanic comes back with two plates of food.

• Zanic- "I never introduced myself. Im Zanic." She hands them each a plate.

• She turns to retrieve her own plate, and returns to sit and eat with them. She sits on a cushion on the floor.

• Kenos- "Thank you for the meal. My name's Kenos, and this is my little brother, Amias." Her gaze stays on Amias a little longer in noticing his silence. Before this whole debocle, he would object to being called "little".

• Zanic had taken a bite of her dood already, so she smiles and nods to acknowledge the thanks.

• Zanic- "And thank you for your protection earlier. I'd never seen something like that up close. Well– Until, y'know."

Amias is droopily stabbing at his food with a fork as they talk, their dialogue speech bubbles spill overtop his panel.

• Kenos- "Oh, hah, why thank you. It was nothing.. I hope the others are okay, though."

• Zanic- "You've got friends or family in The Veil?"

• Kenos- "Augh, I do. I feel bad not looking for them." Amias takes a bite of his food and shifts his gaze to look at the two. (This dialogue is subject to change; I am tired.)

This conversation basically ends with "Once it clears out outside, I(zanic) will take you to your friends/family. Friends/family is inaccessible bcuz they're on the other side of the rift.)

• The place is a wreck, so most dialogue is just talking about and taking in the destroyed homes and such. also their friends are inaccessible. cuz theyre on the other side of the rift.

• Aspens gives into the pressure provided by Sora's state and Paměts gentle badgering.

• Aspens confesses and asks for help. Kenos leads the ritual that would bring Sora back

• When the spell is complete, Sora has returned, Kenos is left exhausted and Aspens is left fainted. Close up of the damage done to Sora

• When sora is back, memories of her flood back to all the people who knew her. Any physical signs of memory loss (such as Chanemous star pupil) return to abstracts who lost them.

• Chanemous is denilitated by the emotions she experiences as a result of the memories return. A wave of grief hits her like a train and she breaks down.
Vrethi experiences a similar wave of emotion, but she does her best to keep it contained until she is alone

• Chane immediately rushes to see Sora. When she makes it outside, the two ventotias are on the ground, Aspens unconscious and Sora teetering on it. Kenos is kneeling nearby and Aphid is standing with her holding a water container.

• Chane and Vrethi help take Chousora somewhere comfy to recover, and after Kenos recovers, her and Aphid take Aspens somewhere to recover and layer be questioned.

• When Sora awakes, Chane comes to apologize for not finding her sooner and tend to any wounds she may have.
"Im sorry, Im not trying to bombard you with questions. I'll let you rest.

• Chane and Vrethi talk about what to do with Aspens. Chane wants to understand what happened, as both Aspens and Sora seemed hurt when they saw each other, but Vrethi wants revenge. Chane finds Vrethi cold and callous, where Vrethi finds Chane to be too soft, like she's going too easy on someone who hurt their friend.

• Chane is tasked with speaking to Aspens, as Vrethi feels unfit for the conversation in her current state (she's handling the grief way worse than Chane naturally would, yet this way of handling the delayed grief affects how Chane handles it).
Chand struggles to balance what Vrethi wants and what she wants, as Vrethi's wish was previously Chane's command.

• Chane attempts to hold Vrethi's energy going into the conversation with Aspens, but it quickly crumbles under the weight of her own energy. She is forced to break from the conversation to pull herself together.

• Vrethi, who was watching in on the conversation, shows dissatisfaction for how the conversation went, which only adds to Chane's overwhelm.
